Medical & Prescription Drug Plan

Blue Care Network (BCN) and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) are the medical plan carriers  for the medical plans offered to April Steel Union employees.  A BCN HMO is available to all union employees, and the PPO plan is offered to employees hired on or after December 20, 2021.

Both have broad doctor and hospital networks with comprehensive member programs and resources; prescription drug coverage is integrated into the plan.
