Who is eligible to enroll in benefits?

- All regular, full-time employees after 90 days of employment

- Your legally married spouse

- Your children up to age 26

  • Biological
  • Legally adopted
  • Foster
  • Legal guardianship
  • Responsible per court order
  • Above age 26 if primarily dependent upon you due to physical or mental disability

Benefit Changes

 MPORTANT:  Benefit elections remain in place until the next annual open enrollment unless you experience a qualifying life event and make a corresponding enrollment change within 30 days of the event.  Changes after 30 days, except in limited legally allowed situations, will not be granted.
