Who is eligible to enroll in benefits?

- All regular, full-time employees after 90 days of employment

- Your legally married spouse

- Your children up to age 26

Biological
Legally adopted
Foster
Legal guardianship
Responsible per court order
Above age 26 if primarily dependent upon you due to physical or mental disability

Benefit Changes

IMPORTANT: Benefit elections remain in place until the next annual open enrollment unless you experience a qualifying life event and make a corresponding enrollment change within 30 days of the event. Changes after 30 days, except in limited legally allowed situations, will not be granted.
